Job Description

An internship offer entitled Internship HR International (m/f) has just been opened Airbus Helicopters on Marignane site.

The HR Intern will support the HR International team in providing an efficient and streamlined service to the business with regard to all HR International-related administrative tasks. This role has a wide scope which includes support to International HR operations, talent management and global projects. The role is a bifunctional role wherein he/she will be assisting in both HR International coordination and International Projects.

Within a HR team, the Intern will report to the International Coordination Manager and International Projects Manager.

YOUR MISSIONS WILL BE… (NOT EXHAUSTIVE)

to assist the International HR Managers in the following tasks:

•             Deployment and monitoring of Initiatives and HR processes  in the Regions

•             Deployment and support utilization of PULSE, new HR Digital system

•             Global coordination on operational topics, local talent visibility and development, Key player retention and HR upskilling

•             Assist in the coordination of the HR International projects

•             Contribute to the definition and update of main deliverables.

•             Facilitate regular action plans reviews, ensure effective follow-up

•             Support transformation within Airbus Helicopters by innovative thinking and giving constructive feedback

•             Assist team in daily work

This internship will start in January 2020 (subject to flexibility) and will last for 6 months.

Tasks and responsibilities:

You will contribute to the following main activities:

•             Assist in preparing and conducting development plans, workshops, meetings for International Coordination/Projects

•             Preparation and consolidations of inputs in line with deployment of HR Processes

•             Assist in managing and monitoring of expatriation topics 

•             Prepare reports and manage updates for the internal stakeholders on the KPIs, main issues, results and opportunities (Dashboard etc).

•             Participate in change management and actively support the usage of PULSE

•             Preparation of presentations for different meetings

•             Close working together with all HR Centres of Competences (recruitment, talent management, compensation and benefits, etc.)

This internship will allow you to develop the following skills:

·  HR process and policy deployment
·  Change management
·  Coordination of HR international projects

Prerequisites

You are currently preparing a diploma at Bac + 5 level (or equivalent) in the field of Human Resources or a related discipline

You have the following skills:

·  Good team player and accountable for deliverables
·  Organized, rigorous, proactive, and curious. 
·  Ability to work independently.
·  Analytical, synthesis and communication skills.
·  Skilled in MS Office Software (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint and Word)

·  language skills:

English :   Fluent

French :     Fluent
