Description of the job

Airbus Blagnac is looking for an intern for a 6-month internship.

The team is acting as the voice of the customer within Airbus and also as the voice of Airbus toward the customers. Its main goal is to maintain high level of customer satisfaction.

This internship will start on 17th January 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Your responsibilities will include:

·  Defining & deploying common KPI reporting tools for all HOR,
·  Preparing the CSD day agenda,
·  Reviewing of our regional SQCDPs (consistency vs SC SQCDP),
·  Harmonising our VOC presentations,
·  Supporting some of our SHAPE actions.

Required skills

You are completing a business school or equivalent (Bac +4).

You ideally have initial experience. You have good competencies in pack Office Microsoft. A Geopolitic knowledge would be a plus.

You are a strong team player and have excellent interpersonal skills.

English: negotiation level,
French: fluent.
