Description of the job

An internship position as Global Mobility Management Assistant (m/f) has arisen within Airbus Group in Toulouse. You will join the Global Mobility team that deals with international assignments around the world and covers all entities of the Airbus Group (Airbus commercial, Airbus Helicopters, Airbus Defence&Space, etc.). The activity is today organised in portfolios, managed by Global Mobility Managers.

This internship will start in February 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks will be to:

·  Support the Global Mobility Managers in their daily activities (ex. expenses management, social security registration forms, etc)
·  Manage the dashboard for International mobility reporting

You may also work on:

·  Punctual analyses for expatriations in countries outside Europe,
·  Dedicated projects to support the improvement and the performance of our activity and the quality of our deliverables
·  Quality control of legal documentation
·  Logistics support at global mobility events

Required skills

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

·  In the 2nd or 3rd year of administrative studies
·  Very good MS Office user skills (especially MS Excel & PowerPoint)
·  Great interest for social media
·  Excellent communication skills, ability to work autonomously and to quickly adapt
·  Good team spirit
·  English: advanced; knowledge of French would be a plus
