Description of the job

Airbus Toulouse is looking for an intern for a 6-month internship.

Within General Procurement of Airbus Group, the Sub-commodity Customer Services is in charge to procurement Engineering Subcontracting Services related to In Service Aircraft for the 3 Divisions of Airbus Group. : Airbus Civil, Airbus Helicopters, Airbus Defence & Space.

In 2016 a major Call For Tender project is launched to the procure Aircraft Technical Documentation and Engineering Maintenance activities for the Aircraft in Services.

This internship will start on 3rd January 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Your responsibilities will include:

·  Supporting the preparation of the negotiation and participating to supplier meetings,
·  Preparing the contract with the buyers in charge of the negotiation,
·  Consolidating the reporting for the Global Project Evolution,
·  Finalising the Ordering Process,
·  Setting up the Return of Experience of the Global Project.

In this role, you will report directly to the head of Sub-commodity Customer Services for General Procurement.

Required skills

You are in the 2nd year of a Master's degree or in the 5th year of a business school, university or equivalent specialising in Procurement.

You ideally have initial experience in the domain and you have competencies in pack Office Microsoft.

You are a good team player and have excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.

English: negotiation level,
French: negotiation level.
