Description of the job

An internship position in Employment Marketing and Recruitment (m/f) has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space in Toulouse. You will join the Employment department and be in charge of participating in Human Resources Marketing and Recruitment France activities.
This internship will start in February 2016 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

In this context, you will be in charge of:

·  Within the framework of Airbus Defence and Space creation, contributing to the harmonisation of France processes; creating internal guides and tools related to pre-recruitment intended for HR Business Partners and managers,
·  Developing and extending existing relations and partnerships with schools and universities, in the context of our ambassador programme; Maintaining the University database,
·  Organising the participation of Airbus Defence and Space at the Le Bourget trade show,
·  Promoting the Airbus Defence and Space employer brand during scheduled events (air shows, forum, etc.),
·  Organising visits of schools and universities at the main French sites of Airbus Defence and Space,
·  Promoting, organising and coordinating internal processes concerning the pre-recruitment: internships, work-study students, VIE, etc.
·  Contributing to leading our internal and external media (intranet, internet, social networks, etc.).

Required skills

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

·  in the 1st or 2nd year of a Master's degree or in the 4th or 5th year of university or a business school, specialising in Human Resources, Communication, and Applied Foreign Languages (LEA).
·  Ideally initial experience in this field,
·  proficient user of the Office suite, in particular Excel and PowerPoint,
·  excellent interpersonal skills,
·  an advanced level of English and French.
