Description of the job

Airbus Helicopters (Marignane) is looking for an intern for a 2 to 4-month internship.

You will work on the management of technical files within a metallic production site (sheet-metal parts, boilerwork, pipes, mechanical components).

This internship will start on 2nd January 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Your tasks will include:

·  Elaboration, with assistance from the planners in the department, of technical files (methods / processes / planning schedules and manufacturing tooling) to enable the production of prototype parts,
·  Establishment of a management tool for such technical files (validation check list, weekly routines etc.) in order to enable planners to standardise the management of their work in progress and the associated technical actions.

Required skills

You are in the first year of engineering school, completing vocational qualification or in the 3rd year of university, specialising in industrial engineering.

You have the following skills and knowledge:

·  Fundamentals of production / industrial engineering,
·  Health and safety,
·  Safety and personal protection,
·  Basics of planning.

You are a good team player and have excellent interpersonal skills.

English: Intermediate level,
French: Fluent.
