Description of the job

Airbus Helicopters (Marignane) is looking for an intern (m/f) for a 6-month internship.

Within the context of the development plan of a new catalogue of the Airbus Helicopters Lean Academy, you will be responsible for the development and drafting of training material and the Lean tools standard guide.

This internship will start on 2nd January 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Within the Lean Corporate team, your tasks will include:

·  Formalising training drafts/tool kits (running outline) developed by Lean Experts
·  Editing training supports and the associated material (support tables, user guides, facilitation guide, etc.)
·  Participating in the delivery of prototypes by Lean Experts
·  Raising the first customer feedback (customer experience) and formalising the corrective/improvement plan.

Required skills

You are in the final year of engineering school, university or equivalent (5-year degree), specialising in Organisational Engineering/Lean Management.

You ideally have initial experience in this field.
Initial experience in the industrial world with notions of Lean management would be a plus.

You are a proficient user of the Microsoft Office suite.

You are recognised for your creativity, pro-activity and your willingness to make suggestions. You are independent and meticulous.
You are a good team player and have excellent interpersonal skills.

German: beginner level.
