Description of the job

Develop Airbus Travel Digital solution: MobileApp, Community Management, Collaboration and Knowledge management.

Objective: Support current projects to increase digital solution usage, end-user satisfaction and new way to communicate and influence the adherence to good travel behaviour.

The Travel Up solution is the first travel solution integrated in Airbus and received an award for excellence.

Airbus Toulouse is looking for an intern for a 6-month internship. This internship will start January 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

·  Develop and maintain integrated master schedule, detailed schedules, networked schedules. Analyse deviations and propose workarounds. Support actively internal and external interface management as well as schedule reporting.
·  Contract schedule, customer and internal schedule requirements.
·  Ensure an active project schedule and interface management (internally / externally).
·  Integrated master schedule, detailed schedules, network diagram, networked schedules, schedule reporting format.

Required skills

·  Engineering school or business school
·  Project management knowledge
·  Knowledge of developing mobile applications would be useful
·  Experience as Community Manager would be desirable
·  Knowledge of digital solutions, e-Business, Digital Marketing, Mobile solution, App strategy
·  Digital communication and social media knowledge
·  English - Fluent (French or German would be a plus)
