Description of the job

Airbus Blagnac is looking for an intern for a 6-month internship.

You will be integrated within the Airbus Customer Services, working for the Engineering & Maintenance division (SE).
The team (20 engineers) is in charge of the Aircraft COM & SATCOM Systems (ATA23/46), Navigation Systems (Flight Management, Anemo Inertials, Radio NAV, Surveillance; ATA22/34) and Auto-Flight Systems (Flight Guidance & Envelope; ATA22); all programs except A400M.

You will be part of the Auto-Flight Systems team (Flight Guidance & Envelope; ATA22).
During investigation on Auto-Flight Systems' issues reported by airlines operating A320 and A330/A340 family aircraft, BITE data called Troubleshooting Data (TSD) are provided to Airbus for analysis.

This analysis is necessary to understand the root cause of the issue to be able to answer to customers. The automation of this analysis could improve the reactivity, helping to identify quickly the root cause and give the associated right troubleshooting recommendation to the airline.

On a second part of your internship, you will test the tool on real cases answering to daily in-service queries.

This internship will start on 2nd January 2017 (subject to some flexibility).
