Description of the job

Airbus Blagnac is looking for an intern for a 6-month internship.

This internship will start on 5th September, 2016 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

You main activities will be broken down in two main improvement groups:

·  Seeking for every opportunity to streamline and simplify EV reporting to domains, HoDomain and central teams in coordination with FCEB guidelines.

In coordination and in support of domain controllers, you will analyse and report quantitative and qualitative data on performance against budgets/targets highlighting discrepancies and risks & opportunities.

·  Ensuring that EV workload management is in line with central team (FCEB) guidelines. You will support the management of workload and workforce and the decision making with the relevant analysis.

During this year, you will integrate as part of EV controlling team, supporting them, while developing competence on planning, control and steering of an enterprise specific function (EV).

This mission will allow you to have a global view of EV controlling activities covering the following functional areas:

·  Flight testing
·  Ground testing
·  Test instrumentation

You will also be responsible for:

·  Supporting the management of targets, workload and workforce and to support discussions with the relevant analysis decision making at Management level,
·  In coordination and in support of domain controllers, analysing and reporting quantitative and qualitative data on performance against budgets/targets highlighting discrepancies and risks & opportunities,
·  Supporting Programs and Operations actuals vs forecasts, corrective measures, hourly-rates, and supporting EI operationals with finance analytical structure guidelines (CPNs, LBCs, ...) and regular reports,
·  In support to center controlling, establishing consolidated financial reporting (in compliance with central team guidelines).

Required skills

You are in the 1st or 2nd year of a master's degree or in the 4th or 5th year of university, business school or equivalent specialising in finance, controlling.

You ideally have initial experience in the financial domain and you have good competencies in Pack Office (Excel) and more generally in IT.

You are recognised for your analytical skills.
You are a strong team player and have excellent interpersonal skills.

English: negotiation level,
French: negotiation level.
