Description of the job
Airbus Safran Launchers (Les Mureaux) is looking for an intern for a six-month placement.
You will join the mechanical manufacturing methods team at our Les Mureaux facility in the Airbus Safran Launchers operations department. You will take part in production and development activities for our civil and military programmes.
This internship will be available from 1st February 2017 (subject to a certain degree of flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities
Your responsibilities will include:
· Contributing to continuous improvement within the assembly workshops; sheet metal workshop, machining, painting and surface treatment
· Helping to set up our production school.
Required skills
Candidates should be in their final year at an engineering school, Master's students or university students (5th year) specialising in Engineering/Production.
Ideally, you already have some initial experience.
You have the following qualities:
· Curiosity and the ability to be a driving force in production so as to bring developments to the sector
· Meticulous approach and energy
· Determination to provide quality work.
Candidates must be comfortable working as part of a team and have excellent interpersonal skills.
