Description of the job

An internship opportunity in the Compensation & Benefits department has arisen within Airbus in Toulouse. In the frame of PULSE, a major HR transformation project, you will act as support to the C&B project teams.
This internship will start in January 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Your mission will include the following activities (not restrictive):

·  Support workshop preparation
·  Participate in the preparation of communication & training material for different audiences
·  Definition of communication plan & adaptation to different audiences
·  Support benchmark analysis (“job value” project)
·  Participate in data preparation/definition (“core compensation project”)
·  Participate in deployment of Workday release 1 (“performance & goals”)
·  support C&B day to day activities

Required skills

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

·  in the 2nd year of a Master's degree, specialising in communications, HR, change management or equivalent,
·  experience in preparing presentations
·  very good user knowledge of MS Excel & PowerPoint
·  Strong communication skills, ability to adapt and to work autonomously
·  innovative mind-set and proactivity
·  English: negotiation level; French would be beneficial
