Description of the job

An internship position in Compensation and Benefits has arisen within Airbus in Toulouse. You will join the Airbus France Compensation and Benefits Department.
In close relationship with Airbus France HRBPs, you will be in charge of supporting and analysing the Airbus French campaign.
This internship will start in February 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

·  Supporting major annual Compensations & Benefits campaigns for Airbus France (bonus, salary review & promotions)
·  Analysing data to propose salary offers.

You might be involved in supporting ad-hoc salary projects.

Required skills

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

·  In the 2nd year of a Master's degree or in the 5th year of a university or business school, with a specialisation in Finance and/or HR,
·  High Excel proficiency level (pivot table…)
·  Good PowerPoint proficiency (able to prepare a communication package)
·  Good communication skills (numerous customers)
·  Advanced Level of French and English.
