Description of the job

Airbus Safran Launchers (Les Mureaux) is looking for an intern for a six-month placement.

As part of its new organisation, Airbus Safran Launchers wishes to equip itself with efficient tools for operating a motivating remuneration policy.

This internship will be available from 5 December 2016 (although there is a certain degree of flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

You will assist the remuneration and social benefits team and have the following duties, for example:

·  Analysing statistical data (salaries and classifications),
·  Formulating recommendations for bringing employees' varying salaries up to standard,
·  Putting in place sharing tools for making these data accessible internally to HR and facilitating their use by HR staff,
·  Analysing the remuneration policy, understanding it and reconciling it with the employment policy,
·  Making comparisons with competitor companies.

Required skills

Candidates should be in their final year at a business school, be Master's students or university students (5th year) specialising in Human Resources – Compensation & Benefits or information systems

You are fully proficient in Microsoft Office with a sound knowledge of Excel and Access.
You are known for being a self-starter and for your discretion.
You have statistical analysis skills and are a competent writer.
You have a knowledge of intranet data sharing tools.

Ideally, you already have some initial experience.

Candidates must be comfortable working as part of a team and have excellent interpersonal skills.

English: intermediate level
French: fluent.
