Description of the job

Airbus Blagnac is looking for an intern for a 6-month internship. This internship will start in January 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

You will develop and implement HR policies, processes and tools in alignment with Business and HR strategy by involving all stakeholders in area of responsibility (CoC).

Tasks & accountabilities

Your responsibilities will include:

HR Comms activities:

·  Scope - Internal customers / Network: Group wide HR,
·  Collect requirements from our internal customers,
·  Analyse requirements,
·  Coordinate with HR comms focal points in charge,
·  Prepare content so they can be developed for online publications.

Community manager:

·  In charge of 2/3 HR Communities,
·  Community animation role (relaunch posts and feeds, …),
·  Liaising with internal customers for publication needs,
·  Analysing and proposing online solutions,
·  Develop the page and the content for publication.

Required skills

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

·  You are in the last year of a Master's degree in Communications / Marketing specialising in Web Development & Community Management and looking for a 6 months internship.
·  You have ideally a first experience with brand communications, forums, and social media.
·  Experience coding in HTML on a SharePoint Platform is key for this role; experience in Content edition, Development or modification of HTML source code.
·  You are autonomous, proactive and are recognised for your perseverance.
·  You have a negotiation level in French and advanced level in English.
