Description of the job

Airbus Blagnac is looking for an intern for a 6-month internship.

You will join the Airbus Resource Planning Programme, which adopted a new governance and strategy to implement a harmonized SAP solution across all Airbus sites. The new organisation and way of working require communication updates and actions.

The Deployment and Change department is responsible of the ARP global communication plan and to support the Project Managers in their communications actions.
In order to implement this plan, the team will need the support of a trainee for:

·  Promoting the ARP Programme within the company,
·  Facilitating internal project teams communication and collaborative work via the new Airbus communication Hub using the latest digital technology,
·  Organising events scheduled along the year (plenary sessions, flash news, users surveys…).

This internship will start on 5th September, 2016 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Your responsibilities will include:

·  Supporting the definition of communication actions and documents, aligned with the global communication plan.

You will especially focus on Digital Hub update based on communication objectives and audience and in collaboration with the central communication department.

·  Supporting the ARP Program and projects in organising Programme events from 30 up to 200 people in collaboration with the central communication department. This includes:
·  defining communication briefs,
·  implementing communication actions,
·  organising the events logistics,
·  gathering post event feedback and build lessons learnt for future event organisation.

You will learn:
How to define and implement a consistent communication plan,
How to promote a project within a huge company,
How to use collaborative work digital platform to ease communication cross-departments,
The basics of event organisation.

Required skills

You are in your Bachelor or Master 1st year of a business school or university, specialising in business administration, management or communication.

You ideally have initial experience in the domain and you have some experience in digital communication technologies (social networks….).
You have a good knowledge of pack Office Microsoft.
Project management and event organisation skills would be appreciated.

You have a good grammar and good writing skills.
You are a good team player and have excellent interpersonal skills.

English: negotiation level
French: advanced level
