Description of the job

Airbus Toulouse is looking for an intern for a 6-month internship.

In the Procurement Operations Cabin organization, you will support the feedback loop process. You will provide visibility of all recent findings in FAL (Final Assembly Line) as a baseline to improve the inspection process along with the creation of dynamic inspection plan.

You will located in Toulouse, the Focus will be on A330 and A350.

This internship will start on 27th February 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Your responsibilities will include:

·  Enhancing the collaboration with Toulouse FAL to improve the feedback loop process following deviations (NCs, QLB – Quality Logbook, TLB – Technical Logbook) identified during FAL inspections or customer inspections,
·  Identifying systematic failures recorded in the CFI databases,
·  Identifying and integrating the systematic failures into source and incoming inspection plans / checklists and inspection tasks,
·  Reporting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring a regular update of these KPIs and communication to relevant stakeholders,
·  Providing feedback to interface department in case if identified risks or major deviations to agreed procedures.

Required skills

You are in the final year of a master's degree or of an engineering school or university, specializing in Engineering / Mechanical Engineering.

You ideally have initial experience.

You are a good team player and have excellent interpersonal skills.

English: Intermediate level,
French: Fluent level.
