Description of the job

Airbus Helicopters (Marignane) is looking for an intern (m/f) for a 6-month internship.

You will join the hydraulic equipment, actuators and active and passive anti-vibration systems procurement department.

This internship will start on 6th February 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks will include:

1) Developing economic intelligence/purchase marketing by identifying the various systems and sub-systems installed within the Airbus Helicopters range, as well as at other aircraft manufacturers: suppliers, economic models, technologies, etc.

2) Supporting the buyer of active and passive anti-vibration systems on operational activities, such as:

·  Steering Request For Information (RFI), calls for tender, requests for quotations
·  Preparing negotiations (mainly collecting information and analysing data)
·  negotiating purchasing conditions
·  interfacing with internal customers and prescribers

Required skills

You are in the final year of an engineering school, university or equivalent (5-year degree), specialising in Management, Business Management, Economics.

You ideally have initial experience in this field.

You are a good team player and have excellent interpersonal skills.

English: advanced level,
French: fluent level.
