A work-study offer has just been opened within Airbus Operations on our Toulouse St Martin site where the internship is to take place.
You will join the department Flight Dynamics Simulation whose mission is to build a tool to evaluate Pilot trainees

This internship is to be filled from February 2019 (date subject to a certain flexibility)

You will be under the responsibility of a manager who will help you identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills.

Tasks & accountabilities

The goal of this internship is to develop behavioral models of aircraft pilots in order to assess their abilities during training sessions on Training Simulators.
The parameters of the models will be estimated using mathematical identification procedures. Those parameters will then be monitored and used to assess
the pilot's abilities, using instructor assessments as a standard.

Required skills

Holder of a diploma at Bac+4 or Bac+5 level you are looking for a 6-month internship to validate your engineering diploma or a related discipline.

You have a background in automatic control, identification, or time series
analysis. A working knowledge of Matlab or Python is a plus

You are autonomous, show initiative and curiosity.

You have an intermediate level in English and advanced level in French.
