Description of the job

Airbus (Toulouse) is looking for an intern for a 3-month internship.

System Designers are using 700+ Tools to design Aircraft Systems. The analysis of operations of these tools by using Big Data techniques could bring value and opportunities to optimise/harmonise operation costs and improve support to end-users.

This internship will start on 1st April 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks will include:

·  Studying how Big Data concepts and technologies could offer opportunities in the context of the management of the "portfolio" of Tools used by Airbus engineers to design Aircraft Systems.

Required skills

You are in the 2nd or the final year of an engineering school or equivalent, specialising in Software engineering.

You ideally have initial experience in the domain.

You are a good team player and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

English: advanced level,
French: intermediate level.
