Description of the job

An internship in antitrust / corporate affairs (m/f) has arisen within Airbus in Blagnac.

You will join the Antitrust team within the Airbus Legal and Compliance-Corporate Affairs Department.

You will be in charge of supporting the Airbus Antitrust experts in handling day-to-day files in the area of competition law for all Airbus divisions (Commercial Aircraft, Airbus Defence & Space and Airbus Helicopters).

You will also be in contact with many stakeholders within (in-house lawyers, project managers, strategy department, etc.) as well as outside the Group (law firms, competition authorities).

This 4 to 6 months internship will start from September 2017 (date subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

You will support the Antitrust experts on the following topics:

·  antitrust
·  merger control
·  state aids
·  distribution law

You may also support, where required, the other members of the Corporate Affairs team on the following subjects

·  Corporate law
·  Merger & Acquisitions
·  Governance matters

Required skills

You will have the following skills and experience:

·  You are in Bac+5 degree level (or equivalent) in the competition law or similar domain
·  You have experience in one or more significant internships in the antitrust department of law firms, companies and/or competition authorities
·  Experience in Corporate law and Merger & Acquisition would be a plus
·  Soft skills : responsive, creative, well-organised and good communication skills
·  Negotiation level in English
·  German would be a plus
