Description of the job

Airbus Toulouse is looking for an intern for a 6-month internship.

The mission will take place within the Cabin Final Assembly Line for A330.
Integrated to the A330 Cabin FAL Quality Conformance Management team, you will support Quality to improve its performance by reducing the Cost of Non-Quality.

This internship will start on 2nd January 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Profil recherché

Tasks & accountabilities

You will manage a Final Assembly Line (FAL) Damages project following AIRBUS standard project management methodology (LBIP+). Your responsibilities will include:

·  Planning and organizing project (scope definition, project planning design),
·  Analysing current situation and diagnosis,
·  Designing the solution by involving a multifunctional team,
·  Deploying the new solution in Cabin production workstations.

You will also be in charge to develop a management tool (QLS) as deployed on A380.

Required skills

You are in the final year of an engineering school or a Master's degree at university (5th year), specializing in Project Management, Quality and continuous improvement or Lean manufacturing.

You ideally have initial experience in this field and good knowledge of:

·  Manufacturing,
·  Quality,
·  Project Management,
·  Pack office.

You are a good team player and have excellent interpersonal skills.

English: intermediate level,
French: advanced level.
