Description of the job

An internship in “Support to Communication in the Digital Transformation Project" (m/f) is available within Airbus in Blagnac. You will join the "Change & Performance" department in the design office dedicated to fuselage activities (Airframe).

As part of a multicultural team, you will contribute to the implementation of the “Airframe engineering” activities digitalisation project.

This 6 Month internship will start from April 2018 (Date subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main activities will be the following:

·  Organisation of events around the activities' digitalisation
·  Development of a network and animation of the Airframe community on the Airbus Hub (information sharing, design on the Hub)
·  Change management support for transnational teams

This role will involve some travel for business in Europe, and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.

Required skills

You will have the following skills and experience:

·  Master 2 (or equivalent) degree in Communication
·  Experience in project management, Web Design
·  Interest in digital and new technologies
·  Operating skills: ability to federate, good interpersonal skills, autonomy, initiative, ability to work within a large team
·  Advanced English level
