Description of the job

An internship as human resources business partner assistant (m/f) has arisen within Airbus Commercial Aircraft in Blagnac.
You will join the HR Business Partners ICT department (HHII) which is transnationally organised.
About 1500 people in the world currently work for the IT function at Airbus in the world. This is the opportunity to work on the whole aircraft cycle life.
IT function's internal customers are the Engineering, the Manufacturing, the Program Management and globally all the functions at Airbus.
The context is more and more interesting, thanks to the digitalisation, one of Airbus priorities.

This 6 months internship will start from April 2018 . (Date subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks and responsibilities will be the following:
¤ Support the HRBPs for the HR campaign's deployment on the global perimeter (annual interviews, recruitment, mobility,
performance, salary increases, promotions…)
¤ Act such as a project manager in some projects linked to integration, mobility, development, change management
¤ Understand and fulfil the business needs
¤ Contribute to the processes and HR tools continuous improvement to meet the business needs.

Required skills

You will have the following skills and experience:

¤ You are in first or second year of Master degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration Studies, Social Law or Human
Resource Management

¤ Mastering of the Microsoft Office Pack (especially Excel and Powerpoint)

¤ Strong interest in multicultural and multinational environments

¤ Soft skills :
