Poste et missions:
A VIE (Volonteer for International Experience) for an "Information Management Governance Analyst" is available within Airbus
North America, located in Herndon/USA. This 18 month mission will start in June or July 2018 (extendable).
Airbus North America Information Management provides project and operational Information Management services to all Airbus
divisions located in the US, Canada and Mexico.
2018 objectives include continued service cost and value optimization as well as targets to improve our capacity to deliver (and
measure) according to time, cost and quality commitments.
As part of the Information Management Governance team, the primary mission of this VIE position is to help develop, implement
and improve key elements of our service model (catalog, Service Level Agreement, charge-back model, performance reporting,
etc) and our enterprise architecture (as-is landscape and to-be roadmap).
This position will work with the Information Management Governance office, domain leads and service delivery managers to:
¤ complete and mature service catalog content
¤ define and develop customer facing service level offerings / agreements

¤ develop and implement a charge-back model
¤ implement appropriate Service Level Management processes and tools
¤ capture and maintain details of our enterprise architecture landscape
¤ support other governance initiatives as needed
¤ Architecture activities : contribute to enterprise architecture strategy and practice deployment
¤ Contribute to the creation and publishing of a newsletter
Profil:
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
¤ Master degree in Information Technology with a Business/Finance option (and vice-versa)
¤ Good knowledge in Web technologies and digital capabilities
¤ Knowledge of, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools, Adobe and/or other publishing tools ; Knowledge of Google Suite a
plus
¤ Communication skills, writing and presentation skills
¤ Curious, take initiative, motivated, open-minded
¤ English : Negotiation level
¤ French : Could be a plus
