Are you passionate about IT, experienced in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and convinced by the business added value of digitisation?

A vacancy for an IAM Technology Specialist (m/f) has arisen within Airbus in Toulouse, to support the Extended Enterprise & IAM Projects team as part of the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) organisation. Our objective is to get the best from new cloud-based business applications (Software as a Service -SaaS, Platform as a Service -PaaS, Identity as a Service -IaaS) and its on-premises existing Information System.

AS an Identity and Access Management Technology Specialist, you will be responsible for:

·  Designing Identity & Access Management services in line with business solutions needs,
·  Supporting and advising the business Information System designers to make the best use of Identity & Access Management services.
·  Anticipating technology innovations and planning their introduction into the Airbus Information System.

This role will involve some travels for business and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.

As an Identity and Access Management Technology Specialist, you will contribute to the management of worldwide IAM services of Airbus & Airbus Group (Europe, US, China, India): 400,000 identities for the Group, 3,700 Airbus applications, 3,000 Authentications per second and 30 applications federated across the whole Group.

Your main tasks and responsibilities will be the following ones:

·  Driving Global service design and evolution making best use of cloud solutions,
·  Ensuring that services are in compliance with Airbus Group Identity & Access Management security rules and standards,
·  Driving the global coherence and integration of the overall architecture,
·  Supporting the business demand by providing the required technology expertise to the business line of services.

Required skills

As the successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and competencies:

● Master's degree level (or equivalent) in Information Technology or related field,
● Knowledge of the state of the art IAM technologies,
● Knowledge of development languages: Python, Java, Dot Net or others would be appreciated,
● Experience in DevOps approach would be a plus,
● Advanced level of English,
● Ability to adapt to various project contexts and technologies,
● Excellent and adaptive communication with diverse audiences & skills: ability to explain technical choices,
● Team player: collaborative
