Description of the job

A vacancy for an ICT Service Manager e-Services (m/f) has arisen within Airbus Helicopters in Marignane.

You will join the department dedicated to Information Management Operation Applications in the Web solutions domain.

We will offer an opportunity to participate in the digital roadmap of Airbus Helicopters in the Web solutions domain.

Based on your knowledge in the emerging fields of digitalisation such as Cloud, DevOPS, Big Data, IoT, etc. , your capacity to be proactive and to propose accurate solutions will be appreciated. You have a natural state of mind to share, promote and be the leading force in the implementation of these technologies.

Our technical landscape of the DevOps model (continuous integration and continuous delivery) is based on CA Release Automation, Jenkins, Artifactory, GitHub, Jira, Selenium, Dynatrace, etc.

You will be the Service Delivery Manager, responsible for the management of operational activities and risks for applications (volume of applications around 40, mainly on web solutions).

This position will require a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognised authorities.

Tasks & accountabilities

You will be responsible for:

·  Ensuring the application performance, stability and availability
·  Investing time to define the digital strategy
·  Ensuring a technological watch
·  Challenging and validating the technical proposals and the different deliverables
·  Acting as a facilitator or coordinator between the different stakeholders on project and recurrent operational activities (changes, incidents, and problems)
·  Steering providers for the deployment of the various projects
·  Managing the definition of Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Operational Level Agreements (OLAs), contracts, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) together with the various business domains involved, in agreement with the product manager
·  Managing the staff that monitors, reports and fulfils the SLAs; and taking mitigation actions in case of the non-fulfilment of agreements
·  Contributing to the development of the maintenance budget together with business/finance organisations
·  Defining the required corrective actions to be led to meet the objectives and drive the associated operational teams.

Required skills

We are looking at the following skills and competencies:

·  Knowledge of Project management and IT processes (such as ITIL)
·  Knowledge of Web technologies (Tomcat, Apache, IIS, SAP NetWeaver)
·  Knowledge of Web services (SOAP / Rest) and authentication (saml / OAuth / IDP)
·  Knowledge on emerging fields of digitalization such as Cloud, DevOPS, Big Data, IoT, etc.
·  Knowledge of Java development would be a plus
·  Tenacity, an autonomous and meticulous approach, and leadership and team work
·  Ability to cooperate / communicate is an essential asset for this position
·  Ability to multi-task
·  French: advanced level
·  English: advanced level
