Description of the job

Two vacancies for a Google Suite Expert and Project Leader (m/f) have arisen within Airbus in Toulouse. You will join the “Digital Workplace Collaboration” department and will act on your own initiative within the department. You will closely collaborate with other Airbus divisions (Airbus commercial, Defence & Space, Helicopters).

Your main missions will be:

·  Working on the IM Google Suite Program and being part of Digital Workplace team,
·  Being responsible of leading technically the deployment of Google Suite,
·  Having fully accountability of the design, build, migration and run of implementation of Google suite for the 3 Airbus divisions: Airbus commercial, Airbus Helicopters, Airbus Defense & Space,
·  Applying Agile and SAFE methodology.

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

·  For Workpackage Product plan; defining, managing and driving:

o Strategy & vision,
o Technical roadmap (scheduling) & architecture,
o Policy & governance,
o Demand management ,
o Obsolescence management,
o Cross divisional (AI, AH, DS),

·  For Workpackage Product design & evolution; defining, managing and driving:

o Agile product evolution (cross divisional),
o Expertise & Automation,
o Exploration (POC/POV, benchmarking, prototype, Demonstrators),
o Market watch / benchmarking,
o UX guidelines (user centric & ergonomic),
o Product Operation,
o End to End support,
o Process improvement (ITSM),
o Incident reduction, request & catalogue management, change management),
o Risk Management,
o Performance & Reliability,
o Cross divisional,
o Security,

·  Ensuring & defining service continual improvement roadmap,
·  Proposing actions to improve its service regarding time, cost, quality (process, tool, organization, …),
·  Leading as project leader for some initiatives related to operational improvement (in consistency and compliance with “project” organization governance),
·  For Workpackage Budget :

o Following-up T&M activities,
o Anticipating OPEX & CAPEX needs.

This role will involve some travel for business (once per quarter) in Europe and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.

Required skills

You will have the following skills and experience:

·  Educated to a degree level (or equivalent) in IT,
·  Initial experience in IT,
·  Strong experience in using Google Suite and ideally deploying and implementing,
·  Experience in project management and/or coordination,
·  Ideally, knowledge of ITIL, SAFE and AGILE methodology,
·  Basic knowledge of mobile applications related to Google Suite,
·  Ability to communicate with different interfaces,
·  Good communication skills,
·  Ability to work within a team,
·  Curiosity,
·  Language Skills: Advanced level of English and French.
