Description of the job

A vacancy for a Global Mobility Tax Manager (m/f) has arisen within Airbus (Commercial Aircraft) in Toulouse. You will join the “Global Mobility Compliance Services” department.
In the frame of Reward organization inside the Global mobility team, we are looking for a proactive Tax professional with experience in global mobility services to join our international team of mobility specialists.
This role requires an energetic, innovative individual recognized for strong interpersonal communication and analytical skills; who brings broad tax expertise for around 4000 people worldwide to the mobility team.

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

·  Being the referent with regards to employer and employee tax obligations in the frame of international assignments such as double tax treaties, tax residency, withholdings, Airbus tax equalization policy applicable,
·  Contributing to the coordination of the international tax environment of all assignees of Airbus in collaboration with internal country specialists and providers,
·  Managing the day to day relationship with our tax provider to ensure individual income tax compliance and delivery of service according to the tax calendar and our frame agreement,
·  Animating and up-skilling team members to raise awareness on tax matters as the subject matter specialist,
·  Supporting payroll for compliance questions related to international assignments,
·  Keeping abreast on tax evolutions.

This role will involve some travel for business (once a month in Europe) and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.

This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company's success, reputation and sustainable growth.

Required skills

You will have the following skills and experience:

·  Educated to a Master degree in Tax law or International Law (or equivalent) with strong German tax knowledge and practice,
·  Experience in global individual tax within the framework of international mobility,
·  Experience in a Law firm,
·  Knowledge in expatriation management,
·  Stakeholder management,
·  Ability to be a referent and a technical trainer,
·  Excellent communication skills,
·  Ability to vulgarize, and to be practical and pragmatic,
·  Well organized and flexible,
·  International team player,
·  Willingness to know more on social security topics,
·  Language Skills: Negotiation level of German. Advanced level of English and French.
