A fabulous opportunity to be part of the Airbus A350 wing production programme in Broughton North Wales.

Operational Support is exactly that, we support the Operational production teams with all their requirements in regard to tooling, consumables, working environment and investment to enable wing build.

In fact if you’re looking to complement your degree with a diverse manufacturing role this is it!

Tasks:

During this internship, the activities you may undertake will include;

The role identifies as three parts, maintain current daily production requirements, understanding, developing, owning and introducing new and improved processes, whilst balancing the books.

To achieve this you will work closely with all functions in particular Health & Safety, Quality, Finance, Logistics, and Engineering. Not forgetting our risk sharing partners and Production itself.

All this within the Airbus operating system AOS (Lean)

Our Internships are open to Undergraduates only. Therefore it is mandatory for candidates to be an undergraduate for the whole duration of the placement.

Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate the following;

Ideal for Business or Engineering students

Excellent communication skills

Pragmatic approach and with an in depth knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Tangible deliverables through standard industry reporting mechanisms such as A3 and 4Box, feeding into the relevant KPi’s to meet demanding site targets.
