Description of the job

A vacancy for a Financial Controller (m/f) has arisen within Airbus (Commercial Aircraft) in Toulouse. You will join the Finance department in charge of Additional Development and Consolidation for the Customer Services perimeter.
The Digital Business Unit of Customer Services (SD) manages two types of digital activities: internal methods and tools development for all Customer Services activities and commercial applications development.

As a Controller, you will:

·  Deliver clear and effective cost and revenue management control, performance monitoring and reporting, adequate and specific to the various activities and ways of working of the Digital Business Unit of Customer Services.
·  Contribute to SD Business Unit in achieving its major financial and operational targets.
·  Promote financial awareness, process and disciplines.

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

·  Maintaining up to date all the references ensuring a proper controlling. Monitoring a correct cost allocation process to the Digital Business Unit in line with Airbus corporate rules (hourly rates, secondary cost allocations, investment process),
·  With the support of HR, providing an accurate view on headcount, including contribution to the resource plan (evolution over 5 years) and the worldwide deployment (Subsidiaries),
·  Contributing to the new deal assessment dossier preparation and existing contracts analysis (incl. FOMAX retrofit),
·  Preparing and participating to the Forecasting process (quarterly forecast and AOP), ensuring the full operational involvement, review and buy-in to targets,
·  Compiling the financial KPIs, including robust analysis for the Monthly Business Report
·  Supporting the Digital Controlling Team Leader to define and implement a Controlling model supporting and adapted to the new way of working in SD from “project” to “capabilities/features” development,
·  Promoting financial awareness in the daily support to the team and in actively participating to SD workshops and meetings.

Required skills

You will have the following skills and experience:

·  Educated to a Master degree level (or equivalent) in Finance or Controlling or a related discipline.
·  Strong Knowledge of Controlling IT tools & SAP,
·  Mastering Excel tool,
·  Knowledge of Agile Methodology,
·  Strong interest for digital activities,
·  Strong analytical skills, structured mind,
·  Strong communication skills,
·  Stakeholder management,
·  Assertiveness,
·  Language Skills: Negotiation level of English,
