Within Corporate Innovation & New Business, we concentrate on Methods and Tools for innovating- this includes entrepreneurial approaches, design thinking and support through innovative spatial concepts. The focus of the department is to establish an effective innovation environment at Airbus where new Business & service ideas and projects can be created and implemented. The aim of the team is to provide support through the whole journey from need finding, ideation to successful business model creation and implementation. The main activates of the team in Hamburg are the development of innovation services to enable the organization to make innovation happen by using the existing eco-system.

Desired profile

Tasks & accountabilities

Thesis topic: The "IdeaSpace" . This means to offer innovation as a service in the organization with the help of "Playbooks". These are hand-on guides that can be used to realize innovation. Your main task within this thesis besides theory would be to develop a playbook.

This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company's success, reputation and sustainable growth.

Required skills

You offer:

·  Enrolled master student within Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Innovation Management, Economics or similar field of study
·  Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
·  Basic knowledge Business Model Generation
·  First experience in Start Ups helpful
·  App programming skills would be a plus
·  Creative/Design Thinking
·  English: fluent
·  German: fluent

You have an innovative mind-set, excellent communication skills,and you are able to work independently.
