Description of the job

Following the “901” Project setup in recurring mode and Digital Security expertise reinforcement on Information Systems certification, a vacancy for a Process Manager leading French [IM | Business] activities (m/f) has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space in Toulouse.

Within Airbus Defense and Space, you will join the Digital Security team in charge to organize and lead recurring activities of Information system certification.

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main responsibilities will be :

·  Support IS owners for the "901" certification process (and other similar needs in other countries) in line with Digital Security objectives.
·  Contribute to the ongoing development the information systems compliance strategy.
·  Organize, animate and lead an information systems owners network, insuring interface with Digital Security team.
·  Maintain roadmap for ongoing controls and new systems introduction.
·  Manage information systems security level increase following certification process.
·  Ensure consistent quality of certification process milestones by system.
·  Support Cartography/Sensitivity analyse, architecture and risk analyses by Digital Security in interface with system owners.
·  Assist in maintaining information up-to-date in @tlas tool, risk ivot and Architecture Documents (ARD).
·  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document, implement, monitor and manage deliverables.
·  Prioritize systems to certify.
·  Formalize contractual documents as "Stratégie d'Homologation".
·  Promote and communicate over systems owners concerning Digital Security processes and applicable régulations/directives.

Required skills

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience :

·  Educated to master's degree level in industries or Information Technologies.
·  Interpersonal and leadership skills - servant leadership, collaboration, facilitation and negotiation skills.
·  At least 3 years of full-time work experience in IT or technical audits or project management.
·  Basic understanding of technical aspects about quality and security of information systems.
·  Ability to transform abstract regulatory requirements into cohesive compliance actions.
·  Good communication skills including ability to present technical subjects to non-technical audiences.
·  Strong work ethic, attention to detail and organizational skills.
·  Conceptual understanding of quality development methodologies.
·  Negotiation level in French, and intermediate level in English.
