This role involves supporting the Develop Centre of Excellence in the delivery of a full range of HR services within the framework of the HR strategy. You will work closely with HR, Employees and Managers on topics, supporting activities linked to Knowledge, Competence, Learning, Recruitment, Leadership, Inclusion and Culture Evolution for Airbus Defence and Space UK and CIS (Communications, Intelligence, and Security).

Task & accountabilities :

During this internship, the activities you may undertake will include;

·  Providing the monthly input for Knowledge, Competence, Learning and Culture Evolution for Airbus Defence and Space UK site meetings.
·  Supporting the implementation of CIS HR Resource Reviews through the production of monthly data packs, which involve tracking deployment rates of training and recruitment activity.
·  Supporting the communication of updates to colleagues regarding Develop key information.
·  Prepare and communicate KPIs as required for business reporting.
·  Supporting the communication and use of the digital tools within the Develop function.
·  Contribute to the UK Culture Change Network – eg Balance for Business, Value Ambassadors and Culture Drivers and any associated logistics and workshops
·  Actively support the Develop team to implement activities that foster Knowledge Management, Competence, Learning, Recruitment, Leadership, Inclusion and Culture Evolution eg co-ordination of logistics for events on time and quality and cost.

Please note our Internships are open to Undergraduates only. Therefore it is mandatory for candidates to be an undergraduate for the whole duration of the placement.

Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate the following;

·  Currently studying a Business or HR related degree
·  Demonstrate competence in conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills
·  Well-developed computer literacy skills within a Microsoft Office environment and Intermediate Excel skills with the ability to interpret data using V lookups and pivot tables
·  Strong written and verbal communication skills
