Description of the job

A legal internship with Airbus at its Blagnac site in the "Investigations & Product Integrity" legal department, you will work in an international team on subjects related to commercial litigation and arbitration, regulatory affairs and judicial investigations.

This internship is scheduled to start at the beginning of January 2018 (date subject to a certain flexibility) for a period of 6 months.

Tasks & accountabilities

Your missions will be as follows:

·  Assist lawyers in their daily activities by conducting legal research and analysis.
·  Develop, draft and provide legal advice on legislation, regulations and disputes relating to the aviation industry.
·  Assist in the management of complex civil matters, litigation and investigations, commercial and criminal litigation and arbitration matters in various jurisdictions, litigation and investigations

Required skills

We are looking for candidates with the following profile:

·  You are currently a law student (Bac+5)
·  Knowledge of private law, litigation and arbitration, private international law
·  Mastery of the Pack Office
·  Mastery of legal research tools
·  You are a team player
·  Advanced level in English and advanced level in French.
