As part of JO Financial controlling, you will be in charge of supporting JO and JE consolidation, settle appropriate tools and participate to harmonization working groups. This job is located in les Mureaux and will require travels in France and Germany.

Tasks & accountabilities
Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

·  Settle appropriate tools to facilitate JO and JE consolidation (OPEX, CAPEX, Workload, Headcount)
·  Support consolidation controller in animating, analysing and synthesising JE and JO actual and forecasted figures
·  Participate to harmonization working groups and ensure deployment of the rules within the organization (productive hours, internal projects, hourly rates, …)
·  Support and facilitate interfaces with other organizations
·  Administrate Sharepoint for JFO community

Required skills

·  A five years degree in Finance and Controlling or Business administration degree;
·  3-5 years experience;
·  Very good knowledge of Pack office, Excel and Databases.
·  Good command of SAP and SAP BW.
·  Knowledge of ADS processes and Tools would be appreciated.
·  Negociation level in french mandatory.
·  Autonomy, meticlous approach.
·  Analytic and synthetic skills.
·  Adaptability and good interpersonnal and communication skills.
