Description of the job

ATR is looking for its new Press & Editorials. You will integrate the Press & Editorials team.

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks will be the following:

·  Identifying stories and writing related content whether it be press releases, briefings, Q&A and presentations, while also pitching them to media. You will also support the design and production of new media relations tools such as backgrounders and media-kits. You will be in charge of monitoring media and preparing the press reviews on a daily basis.
·  As a spokesperson of ATR, you will be in charge of managing relationships with key media in a certain number of regions of the world and coordinating all related media activities. In these regions, working closely with Sales and Marketing teams, you will be in charge of anticipating upcoming issues, identifying media opportunities, defining media relations plans, coordinating their deployment to ensure positive coverage, increasing awareness of the company, and strengthening our position in key markets.
·  Organizing key media events to promote company, product or customer milestones.
·  Coordinating with the crisis team to protect the ATR brand and image.

As part of the editorial team:

·  Proofreading;
·  Contributing to the creation of content either for internal or external media by writing articles and news, conducting interviews and preparing written materials for the company.

Required skills

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

·  Master's degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, Business Studies (or a combined degree of any of these with

English) or equivalent

·  At least 3 years' experience in a communication department
·  Skills in corporate communication, internal communication, media relations and magazines & brochures production
·  Advanced writing skills with an ability to write clearly and accurately in different styles
·  Skills in preparing communication plans would be a plus
·  Proficiency in MS Office; Sharepoint would be a plus
·  Ability to work within a team
·  Communication project management skills
·  Ability to produce high quality work
·  Familiarity with Internet/Intranet systems
·  Excellent interpersonal skills
·  Problem-solving skills
·  Creative writing skills
·  French: fluent
·  English : negotiation
