Description of the job

Continuous Improvement and FAL Tooling

Tasks & accountabilities

-Tools movements Mapping in FAL. (Travel time of the operators, use of means ...)

·  Optimization of tooling distribution in FAL (Servitude tooling at the station, automated distribution of PPE ...)

·  Follow up of requests for improvement of production (field survey, Kaizen...)

·  Realization and management of performance indicators of the service activities (Number of tooling in progress, Processing time of requests ...)

·  Realization of specifications for creation or improvement of tools with the airbus tooling design office

Required skills

We are looking for a candidate with the following skills and experiences:

·  Educated to License 3 to Master 2 (or equivalent) in Industrial production management

·  Good knowledges of the industrial environment and of continuous improvement tools.

·  Good adaptation skills, skills to understand needs and work as a team, autonomy.

·  Office pack (Access would be a plus).

·  Fluent French.
