Description of the job

Working on ATR's final assembly line (FAL), your duties will be to coordinate and plan works scheduled for line A or B (manufacturing order).
You will monitor work to return items to conformity following non-conformities (assembly anomalies), as well as monitoring finishing done by partner companies (out standing works). This task will include the preparation and writing of production operational meeting minutes (ROP), the daily monitoring of progress at work stations and issuing reminders to parties involved (workshop logistics, supply chain, MAP, industrial preparation, etc.).

You will be based in Toulouse.

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main duties will be:

·  Monitoring the schedules of several FAL stations, contributing to updates to them;
·  Alerting the PMP/line manager/station progress team leader and preparing major planned milestones (visits, handover, etc.);
·  Optimising schedule models together with operations staff and PMP;
·  Writing minutes of daily ROPs on the line, seeing that decisions taken are implemented, alerting the PMP/line manager/team leader where necessary. Providing consistency between one ROP and another.
·  Updating progress indicators (handover, in particular)
·  Producing specific schedules for critical activities:

> Engine assembly, runway, testing,
> Customer visits, working parties, pressurisations.

Required skills

As the successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate some of the following skills and experience:

·  A technical baccalaureate or two years further education in the "production management" field.
·  A year's experience in the aeronautical field would be desirable.
·  Extensive knowledge of aircraft production systems.
·  Proficiency in project management tools.
·  Competence in MS Office, MS Project, ACPnG, SAP PGI, IBM.
·  Team spirit.
·  Ability to communicate and be part of a multi-disciplinary team.
·  Ability to adapt to a new environment.
·  Comfortable in a conflict situation.

French: negotiation level.
English: intermediate level.
