Description of the job

A vacancy for a Facility Management Project Leader (m/f) has arisen within ATR in Toulouse.
You will within the Facility Management service and you will report to the Project Manager.
In order to execute certain tasks, this position will require some travel for business.

Profil recherché

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks will include:

·  Being responsible for projects and continuous improvement works in the FM scope:

o Precisely defining the objectives (customer requirements) with the customer
o Carrying out or steering the necessary studies
o Leading the technical consultation of companies
o Following up the correct execution and reception of work with the final customer

·  Operationally and qualitatively steering the various contracts (multi-service contracts, cleaning, etc.) through KPIs
·  Performing the administrative part (preparing purchasing orders using SAP tools; providing access, prevention plan)
·  Drafting work specifications (CDCF)
·  Carrying out customer satisfaction surveys

This role will involve travels to various sites, as well as out-of-hours' work and on-call duties (weekend).

Required skills

As the successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate some of the following skills and experience:

·  2-year degree in Quality/Contract Management
·  Experience in facility management and contract follow-up
·  Experience in partner and subcontractor management
·  Experience in the quality field
·  LEAN experience would be a plus
·  Knowledge of regulatory monitoring
·  Proficient user of office tools and SAP, as well as CMMS
·  Good interpersonal skills within a team
·  Problem-solving mind-set
·  French: negotiation level
·  English: intermediate level
