Job Description

The ERM & Internal Control officer oversees the ATR corporate risk and opportunities management and the internal control deployment. He assists all the directorates in their R&O management. He tests the efficiency of process, controls, and maps R&O. He works closely with the other member of ERM team, with the functional risk managers (FRM) and with the main Heads of departments in each directorate.

His perimeter is the management of corporate risks of several ATR directorates. This role reports directly to the Head of risk management.

ACTIVITIES

1. Collaborate and animate the operational Risk and opportunities process :

• Animate, and implement the group ERM process

• Support the functional risk managers (FRM), provide them with methodological and organizational helps.

• Collect and analyze the operational R&O based on regulatory guidance and existing and planned Enterprise Risk Management practices and processes

• Propose and follow mitigation plans to improve the control risks

• Contribute to the development and the update of operational risks mapping

• Identify and monitor the keys performance indicators (KPI) and the keys risk indicators (KRI)

• Ensure the compliance with risk management procedures and methodology

• Train the heads of to use the ERM tool

• Contribute to any project or activity requiring R&O analysis.

2. Animate Internal control procedure of ATR group :

• Participate actively to the internal control definition and its implementation

• Animate the self-assessment process of operational managers

• Ensure the quality of the controls carried out by the operating unit and monitor by specific audits

3. Provide reporting, and ensure compliance of procedures

• Provide keys reports and indicators for monitoring risk management elements intended for ATR governance and shareholders

• Participate to the redaction of reports of fails, alerts and internal control reports

• Ensure the implementation of audit recommendations and compliance of group practices

• Ensure the compliance of procedure with confirmation letters signed by ATR CEO and CFO.

PROFILE

Bachelor's degree required (Master's degree desirable) of business school, engineering school or university with a specialization in control/management of risks and/or internal control and/or audit.

With 2 years of experience.

Technical skills: Corporate finance, financial analysis, accounting, IFRS standard’s knowledge

Relationship skills: ability to collaborate, negotiate, and build consensus, verbal and editorial fluency, analytical and synthetic mind, pragmatic, dynamic, autonomous, curious, innovative, rigorous, dedicated team player.

Language skills: English (Negotiation)

Strong expertise with MS Office, advanced Excel.
