Description of the job

Within the ATR programme division, you will be responsible for ensuring the follow-up of the FAL industrial schedule, FAL performance monitoring, and participating in ATR FAL Aircraft Progress deployment.

You will be based in Toulouse.

Profil recherché

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks will include:

·  Monitoring production indicators (cycles, positions, forecasts, etc.)
·  Updating the production schedule for new aircraft on a daily basis using the ROPs carried out by the coordinators in FAL/TRAP + feedback to N+1 and N+2 managers
·  Producing specific weekly/monthly schedule summaries
·  Coordinating industrial/painting schedules for new aircraft
·  Producing and distributing customer schedules
·  Monitoring production progress (equivalent series productions) using information from FAL coordinators/ROPs
·  Producing and distributing PMP communications to customer services (e.g. ATR FAL)
·  Developing new production monitoring indicators/methods/tools (Airbus benchmark, monitoring)
·  Providing support in the deployment of Aircraft Progress (ACPnG) on the ATR FAL

Required skills

As the successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate some of the following skills and experience:

·  3-year degree
·  Initial experience in industrial activity monitoring
·  Ability to use synthesis IT tools
·  General knowledge of the organisation of an aircraft production line/function IT tools
·  IT: MS Office (Excel, Project, VBA, Access), SAP PGI/PEA
·  Team spirit, excellent organisational skills, summary skills and communication skills
·  French: negotiation level
·  English: negotiation level
