Description of the job

Within the department « Services » of the Program department, you will provide support to the Services Sales Manager and will be part of

·  Sending to customers services commercial proposal
·  Commercials negotiations
·  Validation of order

Profil recherché

Tasks & accountabilities

·  For each prospect, propose the best strategic approach to optimize the negotiation success
·  Discuss with you tutor different possible options for services to be offered, prices level and associated conditions, warranties to be asked and margin objectives;
·  Coordinate other department working on a specific deal such as, back office, legal, procurement, support, logistics, to assure achievement and control of specific commercials objectives for each deal;
·  Contribute to the sale of services in accordance with ATR commercial policy, facing customers arguments to obtain prices reductions or better conditions;

You will bring support to the project management within the group: upgrade of master agreement, contract negotiation manuals, commercials presentations and brochures, and any other support used by the Services Sales & Contract Managers

Required skills

You have a diploma BAC + 3 in from University or business school in the field of sales/marketing, and you are looking to perform your BAC+5 in apprenticeship program

·  Capacity to work in an international and competitive environment, with the respect of deadlines.
·  Good sense of organization and coordination skills
·  Good relationship and customer minded
·  Team spirit
·  Good autonomy, flexibility and reactivity
·  Good skills in the usage of MS Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
·  English and French language: negotiating level

Previous studies in technical and aeronautics field and knowledge of other languages is desirable.
