Description of the job

An apprenticeship in Continuous Improvement for Logistics and Transport (M/F) has arisen within Airbus Commercial Aircraft in Toulouse.

You will join the DTLF department whose teams are in charge of the logistics activities in the Toulouse area. You will be required to work on an improvement project for the handling of the return flow.

This apprenticeship will start in September (date subject to some flexibility) and is for a duration of 12 months.

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks will include:

·  With the AIRBUS Quality and Logistics teams, defining solutions for the collection, sorting, consolidation, mutillation and transfer of scrapped products to valuation centres in accordance with aeronautical regulations.
·  Studying the opportunity to create partnerships with waste recycling service providers and companies
·  Optimising the financial balance sheet of returns by measuring and permanently decreasing return costs
·  Participating in the improvement of steering return flows in the context of digitisation by implementing operational steering for scrapped parts processing

Required skills

You have the following skills and experience:

·  You are completing a 5-year degree in Logistics
·  Notions of project management (logistics and supply chain)
·  Language skills: An advanced level of English; Fluent level of French
