Description of the job
An apprenticeship in Project Management activities has arisen within Airbus (Commercial Aircraft) in Toulouse (Blagnac) .
In the frame of A330, You will join the Programme Department and Project Management Business partner community to support their activities.
This challenging role will enable you to cope with both overall management for all Programs and in a frame of a Major Modification project for the A330 program.
This Apprenticeship will start from November (Date subject to some flexibility) for a duration of one year.

Tasks & accountabilities
Tasks & accountabilities:
You will support the Head of Programme department and the Project Management Business Partners community in Project Management activities and ensure operational project management activities within the A330 serie, Customer support, and delivery centre team.
Your main accountabilities will be the following:
· BXL Central support:
· To maintain methods & tools to support the Head of BXL in the management of the team:
Resource follow up
Who's who
Holiday follow up
BM PROMPT tool (resource management) implementation
Meeting plan
I Share
· To monitor the budget / AOP and actuals of BXL (including consolidation of Fr / Ge / Uk / Sp data)
· To support communication means of BXL activities (team talk, broadcasts news, …)
· To maintain BXL data management structure
A330 serie, C&DC and delivery centre operational project management activities:
· To participate to the Major Mod (MaMo) project management process and tool definition integrating CM-PM project outcomes.
· To deploy the methods sets within project teams
· To apply project management on some assigned Major Modification
This role will involve travel for business worldwild and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.
Required skills
You will have the following skills and experience:
With an Engineering/project management/physics background and in the frame of project management studies, you have already understood the Project Management principles of:
· Organisation, Planning, resources, project management set-up, cost, risk, action management,
· Tools: Excel, Powerpoint, Word, MS Project…
You are recognised for your ability to:

A negociation level of English and French are required for these positions.
