Votre mission, si vous l'acceptez :
Une offre d’ apprentissage intitulée « A pprenti(e) Supply Chain & Warehousing (F/H) » vient de s'ouvrir au sein d' Airbus SAS sur son site de Blagnac .

Votre apprentissage consistera à rejoindre les équipes Supply & Warehousing au sein des Operations Supply Chain. Vous aurez l'opportunité d'appréhender les sujets complexes liés à la Supply Chain dans un contexte international et diversifié, tout en apportant un support opérationnel et stratégique aux équipes.

Cet apprentissage, d'une durée de 2 ans , débutera idéalement en septembre / octobre 2026 (cette période est indicative et pourra être ajustée).

Vos principales missions consisteront à :

·  Identifier et assurer le suivi de projets d'amélioration continue au sein de la chaîne logistique.
·  Apporter un support à la gestion des fournisseurs (suivi de performance, reporting, animation de réunions de suivi).
·  Créer et suivre des processus métiers optimisés pour le département.
·  Contribuer à la mise en place d'outils digitaux innovants.
·  Mettre en œuvre des outils de reporting avancés pour piloter l'activité Warehousing.

Votre tuteur ou tutrice vous accompagnera tout au long de votre apprentissage, vous aidant à développer vos compétences et à atteindre vos objectifs professionnels.
Cet apprentissage vous permettra notamment de développer les compétences suivantes :

·  Gestion de la relation fournisseur en milieu aéronautique.
·  Maîtrise des outils de pilotage de flux et de warehousing.
·  Pilotage de projets transversaux dans un environnement transnational.

Votre carte d’embarquement pour cette aventure :
Vous allez intégrer une formation de niveau Master (Bac+5) en École de Commerce, d'Ingénieur ou spécialisée en Transport/Logistique et recherchez un apprentissage d’une durée de 2 ans.
Vous avez les connaissances et compétences suivantes :

Compétences techniques :

·  Gestion de projet (méthodologies et outils),
·  Gestion de fournisseurs et suivi de KPI,
·  Appétence pour les outils digitaux et le reporting.

Soft skills :

·  Capacité à travailler en équipe et en mode transversal,
·  Rigueur et esprit d'analyse,
·  Proactivité et force de proposition.

Compétences linguistiques :

·  Anglais : niveau Avancé
·  Français : niveau Intermédiaire

Note : Des déplacements ponctuels en Europe sont à prévoir selon les besoins des projets.

Notre processus de sélection

Si votre candidature est validée par le recruteur vous serez invité à réaliser un entretien vidéo différé. Il sera visionné puis partagé au manager du poste si votre candidature est présélectionnée en Short List.
Le manager/ tuteur organisera des entretiens/ échanges avec les candidats short listés retenus avant de sélectionner le candidat final pour cette alternance.

Your Mission, should you choose to accept it:
An apprenticeship offer titled " Apprentice - Supply Chain & Warehousing (M/F) " has just opened within Airbus SAS at the Blagnac site.

You will join the Supply & Warehousing teams within Supply Chain Operations. This is your chance to grasp complex Supply Chain topics in an international and diversified context while providing operational and strategic support to the teams.

This 2-year apprenticeship will ideally begin in September / October 2026 (dates are indicative and may be adjusted).

Your main responsibilities will include:

·  Identifying and monitoring continuous improvement projects within the supply chain.
·  Supporting supplier management (performance tracking, reporting, leading follow-up meetings).
·  Creating and monitoring optimized business processes for the department.
·  Contributing to the implementation of innovative digital tools.
·  Implementing advanced reporting tools to manage Warehousing activities.

Your tutor will accompany you throughout your journey, helping you develop your skills and reach your professional goals. This experience will specifically help you develop:

Supplier relationship management in the aerospace industry.

Mastery of flow management and warehousing tools.

Transversal project management in a transnational environment.

Your Boarding Pass for this adventure:
You are about to start a Master’s degree (Bac+5) in a Business School, Engineering School, or a specialized program in Transport/Logistics, and you are looking for a 2-year apprenticeship.

Technical Skills:

·  Project management (methodologies and tools).
·  Supplier management and KPI tracking.
·  Strong interest in digital tools and reporting.

Soft Skills:

·  Ability to work in a team and in a transversal environment.
·  Rigor and strong analytical skills.
·  Proactivity and a "can-do" attitude.

Language Skills:

·  English : Advanced level.
·  French : Intermediate level.

Note: Occasional travel within Europe is to be expected depending on project needs.
