Description of the job

A vacancy for an APQP Master (Advanced Product Quality Planning ) has arisen in Nantes.
APQP is a structured method intended to deliver mature product at the Entry into Service target date.

Profil recherché

Tasks & accountabilities

As APQP Master for Nantes Plant, your mission will be:

·  To lead the APQP Methodology implementation in Nantes :

o By ensuring Integration and application of APQP Elements for selected modification or new industrialization.
o By providing coaching and technical support on APQP deployment
o By running maturity assessments

·  To contribute to the Knowledge Base for evolving the methodology

o By capturing Lessons Learnt
o By sharing Best Practices
o By identifying Improvement opportunities
o By contributing to the learning solutions

·  To acquire and maintain the knowledge

o By developing yourself to acquire the required knowledge in the APQP methodology to become an APQP Master
o By maintaining the certification

·  To practice the APQP methodology as APQP Leader, Key Business Deliverable assessor… on perimeters to be defined.
·  To contribute to behavioral and mind-set change and to promote APQP on the plant, e.g. on new important projects for Nantes on Single Aisle perimeter (Rate increase).
·  You will also act as "support" for the Quality Industrialization responsible, in order (for example) to :

o Secure and optimize the application of Quality Standards on the perimeter
o Contribute to solve technical problems .

Required skills

Experiences :

Solid experience in Quality, Project Management, Business Improvement activities and / or standards deployment
Sound operational background either Technical or Production / Manufacturing domains
Sound Experience in Managing Change
Understanding of APQP, Business Processes and Product Development Plan

Training for APQP Master is planned.
