Description of the job

A vacancy for an Accountant Confirmed General Ledger / Closing for AIRBUS SAS position has arisen within Airbus (Commercial Aircraft) in Toulouse. You will join the Financial Accounting Department.

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

·  Closing consolidation for the Balance Sheet (BS) :

* Controlling the completeness and coherence of the BS,
* Analysing the main variations,
* Implementing the quality checks and review of the data quality,
* Preparing the activity report, part BS,

·  Preparing the Annual accounts and fiscal declaration in line with the Tax department,
·  Deploying the IFRS rules, understanding, definition of the process and implementation in our ERP Accounting (SAP),
·  Coordinating different departments, internal and external : cost accounting , tax department, technical accounting,
·  Harmonizing the accounting processes (France , Germany, Spain, UK),
·  Coordinating the ERM (risk department) topic for accounting department.

Required skills

You will have the following skills and experience:

·  Educated to a 5 years’ degree level (or equivalent) in Finance / Accounting or a related discipline,
·  Good Knowledge of SAP modules FI CO,
·  Language skills : Negotiation level of English.
