YOUR MISSIONS
We recently created a new team to follow and help our consultants to manage their evolution inside the Positive Thinking Company.
The Career & Evolution team have two main missions:
Follow and manage the evolution of 300 consultants;
Create communities inside the group.
As member of the team, you will work closely with the business team and the recruitment team and have the following responsibilities:
Organizing the follow-up of consultants and build a relation of trust with them;
Implementing our new innovating evolution system;
Ensuring the integration of consultants;
Identifying the priority of follow-up;
Establishing with our consultants their objectives in a short and long term vision and a plan of actions to achieve their goals;
Coaching the consultants through their careers in the company.
YOUR PROFILE :
You are fluent in French and English, Dutch is clearly a plus!
You have at least one first experience in an HR environment (Recruitment, Training or Career development);
You are dynamic, flexible, pro-active, well-organized and patient;
You like to propose new initiatives;
You have strong interpersonal skills and want to feel useful;
You acquired or are about to acquire a Master Degree.
