Poste et missions:
- Management of leaves (doctor’s certificates, holidays, etc...);
- Management of all administration entrances and exits;
- Management of mutual group insurance, medical insurance, etc...;
- Preparation and checking of pay items (working days, bonuses, etc...);
- Management and follow-up of work permits for workers from foreign countries;
- Drafting of new contracts or amendments.
Profil:
- You are reliable, responsive, organized, dynamic, eager to learn and have strong interpersonal skills;
- Your self-discipline, your proactivity, your sense of initiatives and your autonomy will be your key assets to succeed;
- You have a first experience in the HR field / administration support field;
- You acquired or are about to acquire a Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree;
- You are able to work in Dutch and in English, French would be a plus;
- A good knowledge of the Office suite is necessary.
